Well I have had an interesting question on ASA approval for our HS-6500 goggle. This goggle is not ASA approved. Although it is tested and is of the very highest quality. The ASA approval is not an actual code, it is an approval not based on any particular code or restriction.  I hope this helps with any question on this subject.
