It has been a while since our last post. http://www.eyewearforports.com has been busy with new ideas for promoting. We will be coming out with a new 1 page catlog that will start being mailed out to college athletic department around the USA. Our hope is to further inform coaches of our great products, since there are still some people that like snail mail instead of the web or e-mail. If you now of any coach that may be interesed in this information sheet please e-mail us at info@eyewearforsports.com .

On to other business we recently had a phone call about our HS-9500 if it would fit a Schutt catcher's hockey style helmet. Unfortunetely our HS-9500 will not fit that brand of helmet. http://www.eyewearforsports.com is always looking for more sales like everyone else, but we want you to be completely satified with your product. So we are trying to get out as much information to you the customer, with every question that comes to us. This is the best way to inform everyone of any kind of information on products and services.

Well as the questions roll in we are trying to make sure to update our blog.

The HS-1500 (nose guard, found on our accessories page) http://www.eyewearforsports.com/accessories.html  is a hot item, but an interesting question came to us. Does the nose guard rest on the nose? This could be an uncomfortable problem with a broken nose! The simple answer is, no. The padding on the forehead and on the cheek keeps it off of the nose. The HS-1500 has performed outstanding, in real life safety situations, when it comes to sports. Doctors have recommended this item and http://www.eyewearforsports.com feels it is a great product for your continued safety while your sport continues with you in the game.

Well things have been busy here. We are updating eyewearforsports.com , we will be running during all updates. We have a new color scheme, GREEN!  Most pages are updated but there may still be some pages or information that needs to be updated with our color change. We hope this change makes your shopping experience a little more enjoyable. We are going to be adding a couple of new items to our pages. As they come on line this blog will be updated with that information. July is around the corner and the summer season is well on it's way.  Don't forget to order your eyewear with plenty of time to spare. We do not usual have items on back order, but you don't want to be without protection. So order 2 at a time to be safe! We look forward to every sport season with a new look and the best in safety for your eyes and face!

Well I have had an interesting question on ASA approval for our HS-6500 goggle. This goggle is not ASA approved. Although it is tested and is of the very highest quality. The ASA approval is not an actual code, it is an approval not based on any particular code or restriction.  I hope this helps with any question on this subject. For all of our latest updates we will keep you informed on this blog!
